Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14–30 days of delivery (you can pick the exact number).

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Perishable or fragile items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards / digital downloads (if applicable)

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

    • A defective item

    • Wrong item received

    • Damage caused during shipping

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

  • We will offer:

5. Refunds

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays for return shipping unless:

    • We sent the wrong item

    • The item was damaged/defective

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
