Items can be returned within 14–30 days of delivery (you can pick the exact number).
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized products
Final sale or clearance items
Perishable or fragile items (if applicable)
Gift cards / digital downloads (if applicable)
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
A defective item
Wrong item received
Damage caused during shipping
If the item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
We will offer:
A replacement
An exchange
Or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Some banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges are allowed for:
Wrong size
Wrong color
Defective items
If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Customer pays for return shipping unless:
We sent the wrong item
The item was damaged/defective
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
